Summary

Full-stack engineer focused on shipping clean, accessible React frontends backed by pragmatic Node/Express APIs. I bring a designer’s eye to component architecture, state management, and developer-friendly UI patterns—so design intent survives the handoff and lands as fast, maintainable code. Comfortable owning features end-to-end: Figma → React/Tailwind → REST integration → basic DB schemas, with a bias for small, frequent releases .

Core Skills

Frontend: React, JavaScript, Tailwind, React Hooks, Axios/Fetch, performance profiling.
Backend: Node, Express, REST API design, SQLite, Python/Flask/TWIG, basic auth/session patterns.
Tooling/DevOps: Vite, npm. pip, environment configs
UX/UI: Figma, component libraries, tokens, IA, wireframes → hi-fi prototypes, microcopy, empty/error states

Work Experience

Full-Stack Designer & Developer
Conception Software – Remote – July 2024 to Present

· Turned business requirements into Figma flows + UI kits and shipped them as React/Tailwind code.

· Built lightweight Node/Express APIs with SQLite to demo end-to-end feature behavior; wired auth, forms, and tables.

· Established component standards (usability testing) and environment-based API configs for deployment.

· Designed and built EasyLiquor POS

UX/UI Engineer & ReactDeveloper
UnitedHealthCare – Minneapolis, MN – March 2020 to May 2024

- CTM/Omni: built the React/Tailwind frontend for marketer workflows (forms, uploads, status queue, resubmits).

- One Mobile redesign: led UX—IA, component system, hi-fi prototypes, and dev-ready specs; partnered closely with mobile engineers.

- Advocated for clean code and design patterns to reduce support load and improve clarity.

UX/UI Engineer
Florida Blue – Jacksonville, FL – August 2019 to February 2020

-  Worked closely with cross-functional teams to design a prescriber dashboard.

-  Desined and built the organization’s design system and library of reusable UI components.

-  Conducted research and usability testing within an agile environment, iterating quickly based on user feedback.

UX/UI Designer / Front-End Developer
Lumina Datamatics – Tampa, FL – March 2017 to June 2019

- Architected a modular Vue.js learning platform built from the ground up, enabling scalable, interactive educational modules across the org.

- Defined three core systems—SimCore(foundational framework), SimMod (developer boilerplate for rapid module creation/deployment), and SimGen (admin UI that let content teams input materials and auto-generate code for seamless SimMod integration).

- Led end-to-end UX: user research → wireframes → functional prototypes; applied atomic design to produce reusable, maintainable components.

- Drove agile execution: owned backlog grooming and sprint planning; delivered frequent increments and kept stakeholders aligned.

- Orchestrated global knowledge transfer via demos and design/dev syncs with teams in Poland and India, establishing a new internal standard for interactive learning.
